The Laker-Vent Strategy

To achieve our mission, we have identified six strategies essential to developing our brand. It is the fulfilment of these six strategies that drives everything we do;

  1. To maintain and improve our HSE and QA systems in-line with industry & legislative requirements
  2. Achieve a minimum of 5% growth per annum
  3. Achieve a minimum profit of 2% per annum
  4. Maintain and increase term contracts
  5. Develop our people so they can maximise the organisation and own potential
  6. To invest in and develop new technology to protect and maximise our market position
