Huge congratulations to both Adam Ventre & Liam McShane following receipt of their certification to confirm completion of their apprenticeships.
Both apprentices have done a fantastic job over the past couple of years despite disruption of covid – their learning & experience routes had to break the mould to overcome these challenges via ECITB “Upskilling” & “Train to Retain” programmes.
Both demonstrate high levels of technical competancy, fantastic work ethic and are a pleasure to have working alongside us.
We currently have another 13 apprentices going through training scheme’s at our workshops and out at sites, and our current workforce consist of a third entering the industry as a Laker Vent apprentice, with many of them now supervisor’s, engineers & managers.
