Steve has demonstrated a proactive attitude that has not gone unnoticed and he regularly sets a strong example for others through his professional conduct and active engagement with safety initiatives across the facility.
The award was presented by Matt Povey on behalf of the site management team, who praised Winchcole’s dedication and positive impact on workplace culture.
