We are pleased to share some news about changes to our management board.
To help us continue on our journey of growth and to ensure the future proofing of the business, the Laker Vent board is changing.
Paul Ventre & Michael Ventre will take on the roles of Chair & CEO to provide more focus to the business strategy, John Ashe will continue in his role as Finance Director, while Tom Ventre will head up the operational board as Managing Director.
We are happy to announce that Phil McNally joins the board as Operations Director, and Ian Ventre joins as SHEQ Director.
Both Phil & Ian have been part of the Laker Vent leadership team for a number of years, and we are really excited about them helping to continue our journey through a period of opportunity in existing industries, as well as opportunities in emerging markets such as Hydrogen & Nuclear.
